Shipping Within Australia 

Australia Post is our first choice for delivery for the majority of products within the website .

Larger items are sent with the most suitable transport service possible.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. 

Express orders are given priority each day. Express shipping is an option upon check out.

Orders are then processed in order of lodgement.

If we have a problem with your order we will contact you to discuss options , phone call is our first option , then email . If we are unable to resolve the issue or contact you we will refund you for the product and any relevant shipping costs.

Please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery after dispatch. (this will be longer during November & December due to Christmas delays). Please remember we have no control over the order once it is lodged for shipping with the relevant carrier. However if there is any problems please contact us and we will endeavour to help get it resolved for you as soon as possible.

Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Exclusively Equine is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

Any breakages during shipping please contact your shipper to lodge a claim.

International Shipping

- If payment is made by Direct Bank Credit (EFT)  your order will be shipped when the funds clear our bank account.

Order Tracking

- Where available, you will receive a tracking number for tracking purposes.

Refund Policy

At Exclusively Equine, we aim to provide you with the best customer service and we strive for outstanding customer satisfaction.  We love the products we sell and we hope that you love them as much as we do.We do our best to ensure that each and every product that is sent out is in perfect order.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on change of mind on the product, we can offer a store credit if the product is returned in new condition , with all tags attached . Please include a copy of your purchase order. Any returns must be made within 14 days from your delivery .   Return postage will be borne by the customer.  

If you find your product is faulty please contact us via email with your concerns. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos . Any issues need to be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

No refunds or exchange on items that or purchased while on sale.

Refunds will not be processed for custom orders once payment has been made and production has commenced under any circumstances.

We use industry standard 128-bit encryption. Our Secure Servers lock all critical information passed from you to us, such as personal information, in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted.

The exclusivelyequine.com.au online store does not capture or store your credit card information at any time - even temporarily. Exclusively Equine has partnered with Shopify for our website and shopping cart hosting and SecurePay for our payment gateway and uses their highly secure portals for credit card transaction processing.
